AP EAMCET Final Phase Counselling Dates, Registration, Fees, Documents Verification

The final phase seat allotment for AP ECET 2023 was announced on August 31, 2023. Candidates can check their seat allotment results on the official website at ecet-sche.aptonline.in. They will need their registered credentials to access the results. 

The deadline for web option entry was August 29, 2023. Shortlisted candidates must report to the allotted institute between September 1 – September 4, 2023. 

The overall cutoff for AP-ECET is 667 – 9896 rank. Candidates are required to score a minimum of 25% of marks out of the total (50 marks out of 200 marks) to qualify for the AP ECET cut-off.

AP EAPCET (AP EAMCET) Counselling 2023: Eligibility Criteria

Candidates participating in AP EAMCET Counselling must fulfill the eligibility criteria described by the exam authority:

Basic Eligibility	Candidates must have qualified and have obtained a rank in AP EAPCET 2023
Minimum Qualifications	Candidates must have passed 10+2 or its equivalent examination from a recognized board.
Minimum Marks	OC – 45%

Documents Required

1. AP EAPCET (AP EAMCET) 2023 Rank Card
2. AP EAPCET-2023 Hall Ticket
3. Memorandum of Marks (Inter or its equivalent)
4. Proof of Date of Birth (SSC or its Equivalent Memo)
5. Transfer Certificate (T.C.)
6. Study Certificate from standard VI to Intermediate
7. Residence certificate for preceding 7 years of the Qualifying examination i.e. Inter or its equivalent in respect of Private candidates.
8. Andhra Pradesh Residence Certificate of father/mother for a period of 10 years excluding the period of employment outside Andhra Pradesh from Tahsildar in respect of Non-Local Candidates.
9. Aadhar Card (will be returned after verification)
10. Integrated Community Certificate, in case of BC/ST/SC issued by the competent authority
11. Income certificate of parents from all sources issued on or after 01.01.2016 or White Ration card (candidate name and either of the parent’s name has to be reflected in the ration card) those who claim tuition fee reimbursement)
12. Local status certificate if applicable i.e a candidate who migrates to any part of the state of Andhra Pradesh from the state of Telangana within a period of five years from the 2nd day of June 2014 shall be regarded as the local candidate in the state of Andhra Pradesh
13. Candidates claiming reservation under NCC/Sports/ PH/ CAP shall bring the original certificates
