The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) released the 12th result on Friday. A total of 87.33% of students have passed this year. Of these, 90.68% are girls and 84.67% are boys. Girls outperformed boys by 6.01%. In the 12th, more than 44 thousand students have secured 95% and about 1.12 lakh students have secured 90% marks.
Trivandrum region tops with a 99.91 pass percentage. Bangalore is second with 98.64%, Chennai third with 97.40%, Delhi West fourth with 93.24%, and fifth with 91.84%.
