GPSSB Accounts Clerk Class III Eligibility Qulification
  • A candidate shall have passed Higher Secondary School Certificate Examination from Secondary and / or Higher Secondary Education Board or possess an equivalent qualification recognized by the Government : Provided that in the case of the post of Accounts Clerk, the candidate shall have passed the Higher Secondary School Certificate Examination with Mathematics or Accountancy as one of the subjects ;
  • A candidate shall possess the basic knowledge of computer application as prescribed in the Gujarat Civil Services Classification and Recruitment (General) Rules 1967; and
  • A candidate shall possess adequate knowledge of Gujarati or Hindi or both.

About Gujarat Panchayat Service Selection Board :

The Gujarat Public Service Commission (GPSC) was formed under article 315(1) in the Constitution of India in 1 May 1960. To select applicants for civil service in the Indian state of Gujarat according to the merits of the applicants and the rules of reservation. It was formed in 1960.[1]

As per Article no.316 Constitution of India, State governor has the power to select member and chairman of their own state’s PSC.

Presently, Dinesh Dasa is the Chairman of GPSC.
