Staff Nurse – Max. 41 years
Divisional Accountant – 18 years to 38 years
Extension Officer (Agriculture) – 21 years to 36 years

Education qualification
Staff Nurse – Rule 3-(b) – A Candidate shall possess-
(i) a degree of post basic B.Sc (Nursing) or Basic B.Sc (Nursing) obtained from any of the Universities established or incorporated by or under the Central or State Act in India; or any other educational institution recognized as such or declared as deemed to be a deemed University under section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956 and recognized by Indian Nursing Council ; or
(ii) a Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery obtained from any of the Universities established or incorporated by or under the Central or State Act in India; or any other educational institution recognized as such or declared as deemed to be a University under section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956 and recognized by Indian Nursing Council or the Gujarat Nursing Council;
Rule 3-(c)- A Candidate shall possess-the basic knowledge of computer application as prescribed in the Gujarat Civil Services Classification and Recruitment (General) Rules, 1967: Rule 3-(d)- A Candidate shall possess- adequate knowledge of Gujarati or Hindi or both.
Provided that a candidate who have worked for not less than ten years in the cadre of Auxiliary Nurse Midwife or Female Health worker in the subordinate service of the Government and /or in the superior panchayat service of the Panchayat and who possesses the qualification as prescribed in clause (b) of rule 3, may be also eligible for appointment to the post mentioned in rule 2 of the Staff Nurse, class III in superior panchayat service of the panchayat Recruitment Rules,2013 as amended.
Rule 9- A candidate appointed by direct selection shall be required to get himself registered with the Gujarat Nursing Council under the Gujarat Nurses, Midwives and Health Visitors Act,1968 (Guj. 24 of 1968 ) at the time of his application for direct selection, if he is not so registered.
Divisional Accountant – A Candidate shall possess-
(i) a degree in Master of Business Administration or Master of Computer Application or Master of Commerce or Master of Science in Mathematics or in Statistics or Master of Arts in Statistics or in Economics obtained from any of the Universities established or incorporated by or under the Central or State Act in India; or any other education institution recognized as such or declared to be deemed as a University under section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act,1956; or possess an equivalent qualification recognized by the Government ; or
(ii) a second class degree in Bachelor of Business Administration or Bachelor of Commerce or Bachelor of Science in Mathematics or in Statistics or Bachelor of Arts in Statistics or in Economics, obtained from any of the Universities established or incorporated by or under the Central or State Act in India; or any other education institution recognized as such or declared to be deemed as a University under section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956; or possess an equivalent qualification recognized by the Government;
(iii) the basic knowledge of computer application as prescribed in the Gujarat civil Services Classification and Recruitment (General) Rules, 1967; (iv) adequate knowledge of Gujarati or Hindi or both
Extension Officer (Agriculture) – A candidate shall Possess
(i) a Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or Horticulture of any of the Universities established or incorporated by or under the Central or a State Act in India or any other educational institution recognized as such or declared to be deemed as a University under section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act,1956 ;
(ii) the basic knowledge of computer application as prescribed in the Gujarat Civil Services Classification and Recruitment (General) Rules 1967;
(iii) adequate knowledge of Gujarati or Hindi or both.
Deputy Accountant – A Candidate shall possess –
(a) a Bachelor’s degree with the second class in Business Administration/ Commerce/ Science (Mathematics / Statistics)/ Arts (Statistics / Economics / Mathematics) obtained from any of the Universities established or incorporated by or under the Central or a State Act in India; or any other educational institution recognized as such by the Government or declared to be deemed as a University under section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956;
(b) the basic knowledge of computer application as prescribed in the Gujarat Civil Services Classification and Recruitment (General) Rules, 1967;
(c) adequate knowledge of Gujarati or Hindi or both.
The Gujarat Public Service Commission (GPSC) was formed under article 315(1) in the Constitution of India in 1 May 1960. To select applicants for civil service in the Indian state of Gujarat according to the merits of the applicants and the rules of reservation. It was formed in 1960.[1]
As per Article no.316 Constitution of India, State governor has the power to select member and chairman of their own state’s PSC.
