हॉल टिकट के साथ ले जाने के लिए महत्वपूर्ण दस्तावेज

उम्मीदवारों को एचएसएससी टीजीटी हॉल टिकट 2023 के साथ एक फोटो पहचान प्रमाण ले जाना होगा, उचित आईडी कार्ड के बिना, उम्मीदवारों को अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी उम्मीदवार नीचे उल्लिखित दस्तावेजों की सूची देख सकते हैं:

• कर्मचारी आयडी
• पासपोर्ट
• आधार कार्ड
• PAN कार्ड
• ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस
• मतदाता कार्ड
• आईडी प्रूफ की फोटोकॉपी

• उम्मीदवारों को सलाह दी जाती है कि वे परीक्षा शुरू होने से कम से कम 2 घंटे 10 मिनट पहले परीक्षा केंद्र पर पहुंचें और मेटल डिटेक्टर, बायोमेट्रिक डेटा कैप्चरिंग और अन्य औपचारिकताओं के साथ अनिवार्य तलाशी समय से पहले पूरी कर लें। परीक्षा शुरू होने से एक घंटे पहले एंट्री बंद कर दी जाएगी।
• ओएमआर शीट पर उत्तर देने के लिए केवल काले बॉलपॉइंट पेन का ही प्रयोग करें। उम्मीदवारों को अपने साथ परीक्षा हॉल/कक्ष में केवल निम्नलिखित वस्तुएं ले जाने की अनुमति होगी: 1- रंगीन प्रवेश पत्र की एक केंद्र प्रति, 2- काला बॉलपॉइंट पेन, 3- पंजीकरण के दौरान दी गई मूल फोटो पहचान/प्रवेश पत्र पर उल्लिखित .
• बिना रंगीन प्रवेश पत्र या विकृत/छेड़छाड़ वाले रंगीन प्रवेश पत्र वाले उम्मीदवारों को परीक्षा में शामिल होने की अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी।
• उम्मीदवारों को किसी भी परिस्थिति में परीक्षा केंद्र के अंदर निम्नलिखित वस्तुओं को ले जाने की अनुमति नहीं है: सभी आभूषण जैसे अंगूठियां, कान की बाली, चेन/हार, पेंडेंट, बैज, ब्रोच, आदि कोई भी धातु की वस्तु, कैमरा, घड़ी, कैलकुलेटर, मोबाइल फोन, पेजर , ब्लूटूथ, इयरफ़ोन, पर्स, लॉग टेबल, हेल्थ बैंड, बिल्ट-इन-कैलकुलेटर के साथ या उसके बिना इलेक्ट्रॉनिक गैजेट्स, ज्योमेट्री/प्लास्टिक पाउच, कोरे या प्रिंटेड पेपर, लिखित चिट आदि। उम्मीदवारों को ध्यान देना चाहिए कि कोई व्यवस्था नहीं की जाएगी।
