- नाक और मुंह छून से बचें।
- खांसते या छींकते समय नाक और मुंह को अच्छी तरह कवर करें।
- खुद को हाइड्रेट रखें, पानी के अलावा फ्रूट जूस या अन्य पेय पदार्थ लेते रहें।
- बुखार आने की स्थिति में पैरासिटामोल लें।
