Physical Endurance Test (PET)

Long Race
Male- 1600 meters in 06 minutes 30 Seconds.
Female- 1000 meters in 06 minutes 30 Seconds.

Pushups
Male- 20 (one cycle of up and down to be counted as one).

Shot Put (4 Kgs)
Female- 14½ feet in three attempts.

The Test Shall be of Qualifying Nature.

Physical Standard Test (PST)

•  The candidates are also required to carry their original documents for scrutiny during the PST.

J & K Police Constable Exam Pattern 2022 

• Duration : 120 Minutes
  
•  The written test will be multiple choice objective type.
•  There will be a paper of 100 marks / 100 Questions.
• The Question Paper Will be of Matriculation Standard.
• The time duration of test will be 02:00 hours (120 minutes).
