इस भर्ती से संबंधित विभाग द्वारा कुछ महत्वपूर्ण बिंदु नोटिफिकेशन में दिए गए हैं जिसकी यहां पर हम चर्चा कर रहे हैं
- यदि किसी अभ्यर्थी ने 1 से अधिक ग्रुप में आवेदन किया है तो विभाग द्वारा उसके आवेदन को निरस्त किया जा सकता है
- ग्रुप A के पदों में योग्य अभ्यर्थी को पद की वरीयता चुन्नी होगी जो एक बार भरे जाने के उपरांत उसमें किसी प्रकार का चेंज नहीं होगा
- निम्न पद की वरीयता देने पर मेरिट में अधिक अंक होने पर भी वरीयता अनुसार ही उसे चयन सूची में स्थान प्राप्त होगा
- इस भर्ती में वही अभ्यर्थी शामिल हो सकेंगे जिन्होंने ऑनलाइन आवेदन करने की अंतिम तिथि तक उत्तीर्ण होने के साथ-साथ परीक्षा का प्रमाण पत्र भी उसके पास है
- आरक्षण के मामले में मध्यप्रदेश के मूल निवासियों को ही इसका लाभ मिलेगा। मध्यप्रदेश राज्य के बाहर से सभी अभ्यर्थियों को अनारक्षित वर्ग की श्रेणी में ही माना जाएगा और वह उसी वर्ग की श्रेणी से ही ऑनलाइन आवेदन कर सकते हैं
- जो अभ्यर्थी पहले से ही किसी राजकीय सेवा में कार्यरत है तो उसे अपनी नियुक्ति करता प्राधिकारी से पहले अनुमति प्रमाण पत्र प्रस्तुत करना होगा इसके अभाव में उसका सिलेक्शन पर सवाल खड़ा हो सकता है

इन पदों पर सिलेक्शन के कितने चरण है
- प्रारम्भिक परीक्षा जो कि ऑनलाइन होगी। प्रथम चरण में प्रारंभिक परीक्षा ऑनलाइन आयोजित की जाएगी जो कि मुख्य परीक्षा के लिए अभ्यर्थियों की संख्या को सीमित किए करने के लिए एक माध्यम होगा। प्रारंभिक परीक्षा के प्राप्तांक को अंतिम चयन में नहीं जोड़ा जाएगा। प्रारंभिक परीक्षा कुल 100 अंकों के लिए होगी जिसका सिलेबस हमारी इसी वेबसाइट पर अलग पेज में दिया गया है
- मुख्य परीक्षा – प्रारंभिक परीक्षा में सफल अभ्यर्थियों से निर्धारित तिथि तक एक निश्चित फॉर्मेट में आवेदन मांगा जाएगा जिसे अभ्यर्थियों को उनसे संबंधित जिला एवं सत्र न्यायालय में प्रेषित करना होगा जिनकी जानकारी अलग से मध्यप्रदेश हाईकोर्ट की वेबसाइट पर उपलब्ध कराई जाएगी। अभ्यर्थियों को अपने आवेदन पत्र के साथ मुख्य परीक्षा में सम्मिलित होने के लिए ऑनलाइन फॉर्म के प्रिंट की प्रति को सलंगन किया जाना अति आवश्यक है

ऑनलाइन प्रारंभिक परीक्षा मुख्य रूप से जबलपुर भोपाल इंदौर ग्वालियर सागर सतना एवं उज्जैन में एक पारी अथवा आवश्यकता पड़ने पर एक से अधिक पारियों में परीक्षा आयोजित की जाएगी। परंतु विशेष परिस्थितियों में मध्य प्रदेश राज्य के बाहर के परीक्षा केंद्रों में आयोजित की जा सकती है। परीक्षा एक से अधिक की पाली में होने की दशा में प्रश्नपत्र अलग-अलग आना स्वाभाविक है। जिला परीक्षा केंद्र तथा परीक्षा पारी के बारे में परीक्षा सेल, उच्च न्यायालय का परीक्षार्थियों की संख्या व केंद्र की क्षमता को ध्यान में रखते हुए निर्णय लिया जाए एगा और उसी निर्णय को सर्वोपरि माना जाएगा
