माध्यमिक शिक्षा निदेशक ने जारी किए आदेश: प्रदेश के इंग्लिश मीडियम स्कूलों में अब गेस्ट फैकल्टी भी पढ़ाएंगे; इंटरव्यू के बाद भी 60-70% पद खाली*
प्रदेश में 749 इंग्लिश मीडियम महात्मा गांधी स्कूल्स में इंटरव्यू के बाद भी योग्य टीचर्स नहीं मिल पाए हैं। 222 स्कूल को और स्वीकृति मिल चुकी है। लेकिन अब भी 60-70 फीसदी पद खाली हैं। ऐसे में विभाग ने गेस्ट फैकल्टी से इन स्कूलों में पढ़ाई का निर्णय लिया है। ‘विद्या सम्बल योजना’ के तहत नए सत्र से इन स्कूलों में शिक्षकों के रिक्त पदों पर गेस्ट फैकल्टी पर योग्य अभ्यर्थियों सहित रिटायर्ड शिक्षकों को लगाया जा सकेगा।
माध्यमिक शिक्षा निदेशक गौरव अग्रवाल ने शनिवार को आदेश जारी किए हैं। जिन्होंने अंग्रेजी माध्यम में ग्रेजुएशन व पोस्ट ग्रेजुएशन की है, उन्हें ही पढ़ाने का अवसर मिलेगा। बायोलॉजी, फिजिक्स, कैमेस्ट्री व मैथ्स के अलावा फिजिकल टीचर, लाइब्रेरियन, लेब असिस्टेंट भी अंग्रेजी माध्यम में पास जरूरी है। लेवल-1 व 2 के लिए बीएड व डीएलएड के साथ रीट की पात्रता जरूरी।
