Hi Friends, RPSC is going to released the notification for Rajasthan Assistant Statistical Officer Examination 2021  for recruitment of 218 posts under various services such as Rajasthan Public Services Commission on its website – rpsc.rajasthan.gov.in, as per media reports. In the year of 2021, RPSC had invited application for filling up 218 vacancies through this exam. RPSC ASO 218 Interviews are are being conducted for the qualified candidates in the mains exam.

• L-11 (Grade Pay -4200/-)

Assistant Statistical Officer Eligibility

• 1. At least a second class master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or Commerce OR Master degree in any of the above subject with one year diploma in Statistics from a recognized University established by law in India.
  2. “O” or Higher Level Certificate Course conducted by DOEACC under control of the Department of Electronics, Government of India. OR Certificate course on Computer concept by NIELIT, New Delhi. OR Computer Operator & Programming Assistant (COPA)/Data Preparation and Computer Software (DPCS) Certificate organized under National/State Council or Vocational Training Scheme.
• Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Computer Science/Computer Application from a University established by law in India or from an institution recognized by the Government.
• Senior Secondary Certificate from a recognized Board of Secondary Education in the Country, with Computer Science/Computer Application as one of the subjects. OR Diploma in Computer Science & Engineering from a Polytechnic institution recognized by the Government. OR Rajasthan State Certificate Course in Information Technology (RSCIT) conducted by Vardhaman Mahaveer Open University, Kota under control of Rajasthan Knowledge Corporation Limited.
  3. Working knowledge of Hindi written in Devnagri Script and knowledge of Rajasthani culture

RPSC Assistant Statistical Officer Syllabus/Examination Pattern/Scheme

1. According to syllabus there will be 100 Questions of Multiple choice (Objective Type) carring equal marks.
2. There will be Negative Marking. 1/3 mark will be deducted for each wrong answer.
3. The minimum qualifying marks shall be 40% of total marks of the examination.
4. Relaxation of five percent belonging to ex-serviceman or in case of non-availability of ex-serviceman, further more five percent.
5. The Standard of paper will be that of Master’s Degree Level

• Maximum Age – 40 Years

• OBC NCL, EWS : Rs. 250/-

• Candidates must go through the instructions mentioned below before filling up the on-line
  application form and also the General Instructions uploaded along with advertisement.
