SSC MTS vacancy 2023: Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released the notification for Multi-Tasking (Non-Technical) Staff and Havildar (CBIC & CBN) Examination, 2023 on the official website. Under this, 1558 posts will be filled. Out of these, 1198 posts are for MTS and 360 posts are for Havildar in CBIC and CBN. The last date to apply for the posts is July 21, 2023.

SSC MTS Recruitment 2023 Age Limits
Candidates age should not be less than 18 years and not more than 25 years. However, for the posts of Havildar in CBIC and CBN, the maximum age limit should be 27 years. Relaxation in the upper age limit will be given to the candidates belonging to reserved categories as per the rules of the Central Government.

Physical Test for the post of Havildar
It will be mandatory for the candidates to pass the physical test for the post of Havildar. Under which the height of the male candidate is 157.7 cm, the high court of the female candidate is 152 cm, and the weight of at least 48 kg. The chest of male candidates is required to be 81 cm. In the physical test for Havildar, male candidates will have to walk 1600 meters in 15 minutes, while female candidates will have to complete 1 kilometer race in 20 minutes.
Selection Process
First computer based examination will be conducted for the candidates. The exam will be conducted in two sessions in 45-45 minutes. There is no negative marking in the first session. While negative marking has been kept in the paper of the second session. One mark will be deducted for each wrong answer in the second session paper. Session I will be of 60 marks consisting of 20 questions. While the paper of the second session has been kept for 75 marks with 25 questions.
